MINT ROSE-JITO

1. Muddle 2-3 sugar snap peas (whole peas in pods) in 1/2 oz St Germaine in a collins glass
2. Add 1 oz vodka
3. Squeeze of 1 lemon wedge
4. Add crushed ice
5. Top with 4 oz Petal Mint Rose
6. Garnish with mint sprig
