 Dandy Spritz 
DANDY SPRITZ
1 oz White wine
1 oz Aperol
4 oz
Petal Lemongrass Dandelion with Strawberry
1. Squeeze of 1 lime wedge in glass
2. Pour ingredients over ice in a wine glass
3. Garnish with 1 sliced Strawberry and 2 dandelion green leaves
TIKI-LYCHEE-ROSE
1.5 oz Lillet rose
1 oz Fresh pineapple juice
1/4 Lemon juice
Dash orange bitters
4 oz
Petal Lychee Rose
1. Add all ingredients but Petal Lychee Rose to a cocktail shaker with ic
2. Shake for about 10 seconds and strain over fresh ice in a highball
3. Top with Petal Lychee Rose
4. Garnish with a dried rosebud dusted lemon wheel and 2 pineapple fronds

PETAL SMASH

1. Muddle lemon wedge in 1 tsp honey in a cocktail shaker
2. Add 1 oz bourbon
3. Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake for about 10 seconds and roll contents into a rocks glass
4. Top with 4 oz Peach Marigold with Basil
5. Garnish with peach slice fan

MINT ROSE-JITO

1. Muddle 2-3 sugar snap peas (whole peas in pods) in 1/2 oz St Germaine in a collins glass
2. Add 1 oz vodka
3. Squeeze of 1 lemon wedge
4. Add crushed ice
5. Top with 4 oz Petal Mint Rose
6. Garnish with mint sprig

MOCKTAIL (ALCOHOL-FREE)

PETAL NOJITO

1. Muddle 2-3 sugar snap peas (whole peas in pods) in a collins glass with 1/2 tsp 2. Monk Fruit Sugar
3. Add to glass 1.5 oz Seedlip garden
4. Squeeze of 1 lemon wedge
5. Top with crushed ice and then 4 oz Petal Mint Rose
6. Garnish with a mint sprig garnish

MOCKTAIL (ALCOHOL-FREE)

PETALICANO
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Seedlip Grove
4 oz Petal Peach Marigold with Basil

1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass over ice and stir
2. Garnish with a thinly sliced orange wheel

GREET YA

2 oz Red wine
1/2 oz St Germain
4 oz
Petal Lychee Rose

1. Add ingredients to a wine glass, over ice
2. Garnish with an orange twist punctured with cloves

G & P

1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Orange juice
Squeeze of 1 lemon wedge
4 oz
Petal Original Rose

1. Add ingredients to a highball glass
2. Garnish with rose petals

COSMIC PETAL

1 oz Gin
.25 oz Unsweetened cranberry juice
1 tsp Honey

1. Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for about 10 seconds
2. Strain into a coupe and top with 4 oz Petal Elderberry White Tea Flower
3. Garnish with baby’s breath

Ivy Mix is Co-Owner and Head Bartender of Leyenda, her James Beard Award nominated pan-Latin cocktail bar in Brooklyn, New York. Leyenda has won numerous industry awards and has been recognized as being one of the best bars in America. Mix has been recognized by many within the culinary and cocktail industry as being one of the best bartenders in the country. In 2015, she was named Bartender of the Year at Tales of the Cocktails Spirited Awards and in 2016 was named Mixologist of the Year by Wine Enthusiast. Additionally, Ivy has inspired the nation to rethink women’s role behind the bar. She conceptualized and co-founded Speed Rack – a national competition that creates a platform for female bartenders while raising money for breast-cancer related charities.
