1 oz Gin.25 oz Unsweetened cranberry juice1 tsp Honey
1. Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for about 10 seconds2. Strain into a coupe and top with 4 oz Petal Elderberry White Tea Flower3. Garnish with baby’s breath

TIKI-LYCHEE-ROSE
1.5 oz Lillet rose1 oz Fresh pineapple juice1/4 tsp Lemon juiceDash orange bitters4 oz Petal Lychee Rose
1. Add all ingredients but Petal Lychee Rose to a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Shake for about 10 seconds and strain over fresh ice in a highball
3. Top with Petal Lychee Rose
4. Garnish with a dried rosebud dusted lemon wheel and 2 pineapple fronds
